Italy – 2024
In May of next year our Excursion returns to Italy. May 8-14 in Assisi and Siena. May 15-21 in Bologna. And May 22-28 in Genoa. These weeks are cultural deep dives in each particular place. Assisi and Siena are small cities. Bologna is an interior provincial city with the first university south of the Alps in Europe and a truly unique culture. Genoa is completely off the tourist trail. On the coast with mountains surrounding, old churches and magnificent architecture.
Next October we will be back again in Italy. 5-11 Oct will see us in Genoa. 12-18 Oct we will be in Bologna. 19-25 will see us in Siena and Florence. 26 Oct -1 Nov we will be back in Genoa for another week.
